Sales & Onboarding Executive

We are looking for someone who can bring in new clients and get them set up on the platform. You own the full cycle — from first WhatsApp message to go-live confirmation. There is no base salary at this stage. You earn when a client is live and paying. As the company reaches 15 clients, this role converts to a salaried position with commission on top.

Sales — what you will do

  • Find and qualify manufacturers across Ghana and Africa
  • Run demos tailored to each industry's pain points
  • Handle pricing conversations and close deals
  • Work Starter, Growth, and Enterprise plans
  • Feed buyer objections and market signals back to the founder

Onboarding — what you will do

  • Configure each client's account using our step-by-step playbook
  • Import product catalogues from their Excel files
  • Set up locations, invite staff, assign roles
  • Run the 2-hour team training session
  • Complete go-live checklist and confirm billing start

Commissions paid monthly. Onboarding commission paid once go-live is confirmed. Residual paid monthly while the client remains active (up to 12 months). At 15 paying clients, this role converts to a base salary + commission structure.

This role suits you if

You have a network in Ghana's manufacturing, export, or industrial sector
You have sold anything B2B — software, services, financial products
You are comfortable using WhatsApp as a primary sales tool
You want to earn based on what you deliver, not a fixed monthly cap
You are self-directed and do not need daily supervision

Your first 60 days

Days 1–7

Platform mastery — complete a full test onboarding, run a mock demo, shadow one real client call with the founder.

Days 8–30

Build your target list. Begin outreach. Goal: 10 qualified discovery calls booked using your network and direct outbound.

Days 31–60

First client signed, configured, and live. Onboarding commission received. Feedback loop with founder established.
