What is the founding member offer?
The first 5 clients who sign up with code FOUNDING lock in approximately 41% off their subscription for life — Starter at $89/mo, Growth at $165/mo, Enterprise at $295/mo. No price increases, ever, for founding members. Once 5 slots are taken, the code expires.
What's the difference between self-serve and guided onboarding?
Self-serve is free on all plans — use our docs and help centre to configure your account. Guided onboarding ($299–$999 one-time, depending on plan) means the ManuTrack team sets everything up for you: data migration from Excel, product catalogue import, team configuration, batch templates, and a training session for your staff.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
What happens if I hit my product limit?
You'll receive a warning at 80% and 95% of your limit. You can upgrade your plan at any time or purchase an add-on to extend your limits.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans are rolling — cancel with 30 days notice. Annual plans have a 12-month initial term.
Are there discounts for NGOs or development organisations?
