USD pricing, GHS checkout
Plans are priced in USD for consistency. Ghanaian checkout is charged in GHS pesewas via Paystack.
International cards
Supported international cards can complete checkout, and some cardholders may see a converted amount at Paystack checkout.
Card-only self-serve
Self-serve subscriptions use Paystack card checkout so recurring billing and auto-renew stay clean.
Self-serve onboarding
All plans include free self-serve setup. Opt in to guided onboarding ($299–$999) if you'd prefer we do it for you.
Monthly billing
Recurring subscription. Upgrades activate after successful payment, and renewal changes are handled cleanly from billing or support.
Annual billing
12-month initial term. Save 15% versus monthly. Billed as a single upfront payment.

What is the founding member offer?
The first 5 clients who sign up with code FOUNDING get approximately 41% off for their first year — Starter at $89/mo, Growth at $165/mo, Enterprise at $295/mo. Once 5 slots are taken, the code expires.
What's the difference between self-serve and guided onboarding?
Self-serve is free on all plans — use our docs and help centre to configure your account yourself. Guided onboarding ($299–$999 one-time, depending on plan) means the ManuTrack team configures your workspace with you: data migration from Excel, product catalogue import, team setup, workflow field configuration, and staff training.
How do plan changes work?
During your 30-day trial you can switch plans instantly. Once billing is active, upgrades take effect after successful payment. Self-serve downgrades are not available yet — they are handled with support before renewal so recurring billing and audit history stay clean.
What happens if I hit my product limit?
You'll receive a warning at 80% and 95% of your limit. You can upgrade your plan at any time or purchase an add-on to extend your limits.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans renew automatically until changed or cancelled. Annual plans run for a 12-month term. If you need a downgrade or cancellation before renewal, contact us and we will close it out cleanly without disrupting billing records.
